First Annual Winemaker’s Dinner

You are the first to be invited to our first Winemaker’s Dinner here at Sidereus Vineyard & Winery. We only have 40 seats for this special five-course meal brought to us by Chef Berkely Braden. Our winemaker, Jason Bull, will also be discussing each wine and pairing in conjunction with Chef Berk throughout the dinner!

-summer corn buttermilk soup w/ brillat savarin

-baby tomatoes, rose vinaigrette, puffed rice and benne, petit greens
paired with our 2023 Rosé of Pinot Noir
-cold smoked and poached steelhead, house pickled veggie potato salad, tarragon crema
paired with our 2023 Riesling
-overnight beef brisket, coulis, garnish
paired with our 2021 Winemaker’s Cuvée Pinot Noir
-dark chocolate flourless cake, fruit, sauces
paired with our 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon
Chef Berkeley Braden, a self-employed chef and caterer in Portland, Oregon since 2001, provides an array of services including corporate catering, restaurant consultation, and culinary services for private events large and small. Inspired by the amazing bounty of the Pacific Northwest, his philosophy is one of simplicity and purity. Having developed great relationships with local growers and purveyors, Berkeley regularly utilizes local products of the highest quality. His main tenet being, “Food that is less processed and closer to it’s source is not only healthier, it tastes better too!”
